Nancy Pelosi and the rest of them Dems are idiots! (Hammers Dems bad)

June 18th...Is anyone else there getting sick and tired of these obstructionist democrats? Today, the President finally got some balls, along with the rest of the Republicans, and announced that he is all for opening up the outer continental shelves (OCS) for offshore drilling as well as stating we should consider drilling for oil in the ANWR as well. FINALLY!!!! Hallelujah! This makes my BoBo greasepaint smudge from tears of joy!

What is the response from Pelosi? “It sounds like that speech was written by the big oil companies.” What did Senator Bill Nelson from Florida say? “You can’t drill your way out of this crisis.” What is the Democrat response as a whole? “We want to nationalize the oil refineries.”

No, salty language isn’t necessary.

Yep, you and I are sick of the obstructionist Dems, but the rest of America is going to give them even more power than they already have.

So - is Sen Nelson & the Dims telling us that they know a better way to get oil & gas out than drilling. What are the hiding (stupidity, of course)

I think the author is merely describing what he sees. I see the same thing.

The energy issue has always made me the maddest, even long before the recent high gas prices. I think it's because the liberals are transparently illogical and dishonest on this one, yet they get away with it.

For example, you will hear vaguely they oppose ANWR drilling to preserve something or for environmental reasons. But in years of reading about ANWR, scientists have NEVER articulated a credible environmental issue. Keep in mind the alternative of piping, trucking or tankering in oil from elsewhere can't be more environmentally sound. It's maddening because there is no credible reason.

I agree. His rant is pretty good, but the use of the "a-hole" word precludes me from sending it to anyone I know.

Hmmmm Tim Holden told the local talk show he supports drilling. I don’t see his name on the list.

Would you rather the author say, 'oh pretty please with sugar on top' 'please sweet Nancy and you dear Democrats..kindly give us permission to drill for our oil'.

Get real...sometimes the words must be tough and full of grit! Madder than a stirred up hornet that these Dem'Rats are hindering and stealing our national futures!

I wonder what it feels like to be the most stupid Speaker of the House in the history of the United States! The Rasmussen poll today shows that 9% of those polled think Congress is doing a good or excellent job. Those 9% must be lobbyists and relatives. Great job Nancy. It is almost impossible to get 91% of people to agree on anything, but agreeing on your stupidity is a “no brainer”

“the rest of America is going to give them even more power than they already have”

On Hannity’s “Man on the Street” interview he was talking with a guy who admitted that government is inefficient and wasteful and over bloated, he didn’t even know that ALL the money he has sent to SS was spend the minute government got it’s hands on it, and yet he STILL wanted a government run health care system. Hannity tried to make the guy think, but he was just too stupid. And he will probably vote fore Obama because Obama is promising him the most goodies.

“Nancy Pelosi and the rest of them Dems are idiots!”

No, they are definitely not idiots considering that they are slowly weaning the country on the idea of a one-party nation — the domocrats.

It is the GOP who are stupid for not seeing this. It is all a power game that is fought in the dirt, but the republicans are not willing to get their hands dirty.

In American politics you have to get down to the political level where the dems feel at home — in the dirt. That is how we ended up with a RINO presidential candidate.

Time for a torchlight march on Congress hauling hot tar and feathers ...

Sigh - probably a waste of time and energy - they probably would think we were part of the 9% that supports them.

God help us - we elected these people.

Ah no... But using the word asshole in every other sentence is over-doing it. I've occasionally used the expression here and haven't had my post pulled. It's the way and frequency...

Nevermind. You'll never understand.

Did someone say

We need to keep beating this drum and we should be voting these people OUT - all the way down the ticket...

We need to get control back - NOW -

With this crisis on the table, now is the window of opportunity to finally become energy independent.

"You can't drill your way out...blah blah blah" the robots answer.

Well, you can't sit on your stupid a*s and solve it either.

We've got the opportunity NOW.

We use it or we loose it - and a lot more - forever.

Vote the dimRats OUT

I hear ya..it’s a crass rant of an article. Not condoning cursing but being the imperfect humans we are it sometimes
reflects emotion in the language of anger. I just don’t blame the author for venting at these fools in DC in harsh rather vulgar words. Thanks for your input!

What is the response from Pelosi? “It sounds like that speech was written by the big oil companies.”...then there was some other 'rat who whined that the 'pubs were just trying to blame (ex)President Clinton for the current oil problems...(not really, but since the Dims are always complaining that drilling today will have no effect for ten years, it is instructive to take look back and see where we'd be if drilling had started ten years ago, and why it didn't).......
