The Rats sure hate the truth.
It gets in the way of the demagoguery.

It’s a mental problem when I go to put gas in my car and pump $20 in 1.3 minutes with a whopping 5 gallons.
Or pay nearly $5 for a gallon of generic milk.

We are a nation of whiners. We don’t know real hardship, but that would be the change that obama could bring.

If “pounding bad news to get their boy elected” means repeating the stupid things Republicans say, you are correct.

Whoa! Can you call him a boy? Oh my, that may be worse than threatening to cut his “stuff” off.

The truth hurts. This *is* a nation of whiners sometimes.
And I know for sure that this is a website of whiners! (See tagline)

and referred to the United States as a nation of whiners. This whole sweet senate deal needs to be dismantled. These senators have no connection with the real world.
Most have no mortgages, a great pension for life, and lucrative croney positiones lined up once they're on the inside.
This country's government is sick and needs an overhaul.

Gramm is absolutely spot on, but yes, telling the truth is no way to get elected these days.

Gramm is an idiot. He has been in politics far too long to not understand how his words would be used against his candidate.

referred to the United States as a nation of whiners.
He's absolutely right.

I love the old quote from Senator Gramm, “its time for people to get off the wagon, and help push it”
