Since Fox is being condemned for illicitly recording this (blaming the messenger), how did the other networks acquire footage and audio that were the exclusive property of one network?

Follow me here. How many people who were inclined to vote for BO will now not vote for him because Jesse Jerkson said this? ANSWER: NONE.
But how many people who are on the fence about BO - who don't know much about him because he's such an unknown to most folks - will say: "Gee, if that &$%#&%@ Jesse Jackson doesn't like him, he must be ok!" ANSWER: PLENTY!
They both know this. Jesse's admirers are in Obama's camp come Hell or high water. Jesse could call Obama the AntiChrist and they'll still be voting BO. But those who see Jerkson for the sanctimonious sleazy scumbag that he is will look at his animosity as a big point in BO's favor.

I read somewhere, need to research again, that out of 895 law school students at his Harvard Law School class, that Obama came out like 890 out of 895 in ranking. Need to research that further.
