There is a time and place for infantile humor. This is that time and place.

I don’t know how I missed your post @ #19. I was probably too busy laughing.

I have no idea where that connotation originated, I have given some thought to the possibility of the rise in observational patterns in evolution and the fact that corn is very difficult to digest; but then, that is simply idle curiousity - the product of an idle mind...

I can’t remember if it was Gore Vidal or Henry Miller or who but the depiction of the bloody corncob was etched into every college English major’s brain.

Or, could it have been Tennessee Williams?

Too long ago, I’m afraid.

The memory of the old plays many tricks! Some things are better forgotten.

It's not like we haven't had an undisciplined sort in that office before - but Jeremy seems to be too innately truthful for politics.

Oh. My. Goodness. There are things that just shot out of my nose that last went in my body 30 years ago.

LOL Back when The Village People were popular and people bought that Bowie was gay (while Elton John was not)?

I don't need to wonder what incubates for thirty years before emerging from someone's nose. Thanks for saving me an extra pound via meal-skip.

I've been keeping my ear to the ground but the present trend is for all the formerly wild rockers to gravitate to good causes. Damned PR Specialists!

Just listened to the Beastie Boys "Fight for Your Right to Party" and realized that the "boys" most likely have teenagers of their own now and have made themselves a hard row to hoe. Responsibility transfers.

I did not know there was a ‘cornhole’ ping list. Back in my younger days, that term was descriptive of an activity which is really unrepeatable. If there is such a list to develope, please keep my name off. Include me OUT (Samuel Goldwyn).
