Which is exactly what the d'RATS want. They want the government to collapse of it's own weight and then they can start the Socialist States of America on the ashes of what was the United States of America.

While I agree that Demoncratic policies would theoretically only make things worse, it is assuming that anything at all would be done. If the congress we have now is any indication of things to come, they are for the most part just like many of the Republicans... do nothing while collecting a paycheck, kickbacks, and enjoying all the perks power brings. It’s having power for the sake of it, not because they intend to do anything with it. After all, doing something means taking responsibility for the outcome, and there don’t seem to be too many in congress who are willing to step up to the plate.
Meanwhile, we all get hosed and will do so until another Ronald Reagan comes along who is willing to stand up for us. Until then, it’s going to be a real bumpy ride.
