Suspected police impersonator finds father, gun waiting (Mississipi)

LATIMER --A Biloxi teen is accused of impersonating a police officer when he tried to stop a Latimer resident on Allie Byrd Road, according to Jackson County Sheriff's Department reports.

Brennon Foster Quade, 18, of Holly Hills Drive, was arrested about 11:45 p.m. Tuesday at the home of the victim's parents in the Latimer community.

When Quade stopped, the victim's father said he dialed 911 and held a gun on Quade until sheriff's deputies got there.

After the father stopped Quade, he said he asked him what his intentions were.

"He said they were just having some fun, that he was trying to get her to slow down. I said, 'Do you realize you're chasing a woman in a rural area and I've got a gun?'" the father said, adding he's just thankful his daughter is safe.

When people screw around these days and put themselves or others in danger, they seem to like to fall back on the “I was just having some fun, can’t you take a joke?”

Too bad Dad didn’t have a legal reason to waste this guy and his partner. Two more budding criminals would have been taken out of the mix. Flame me but I am serious.

Some years ago in our part of rural Texas, a rancher left a very similar “joker” dead-right-there on the side of the road, he didn’t do any talking once he verified it was the one “joking”. He was no-billed by the Grand Jury. This incident brought to mind our incident.

His daughter was never bothered again, that’s for sure, it’ll get your attention for sure.

Barack Obama, the lead Presidential Democratic Party candidate, is for banning all guns in America. He is considered by those who have dealt with him as a bit more than just a little self-righteous.

At a recent rural elementary school assembly in EastTexas, he asked the audience for total quiet. Then, in the silence, he started to slowly clap his hands once every few seconds, holding the audience in total silence.

Then he said into the microphone, ‘Children, every time I clap my hands together, a child in America dies from gun violence.’

Then, little Richard Earl, with a proud EastTexas drawl, pierced the quiet and said: ‘’Well, dumb-ass, stop clapping!’

Another real life story of why American’s who are armed and willing to protect themselves are the biggest threat to would be criminals. If not for the calm thinking of the father this poor 18 year old would probably have been raped.
