DAMADOLA, Pakistan, June 27 (Reuters) - Taliban militants in northwest Pakistan publicly slit the throats of two Afghans on Friday after they were accused of spying for U.S. forces suspected of launching a missile strike in May.

The two men, one of them a former Taliban fighter, were brought blindfolded before a crowd of several thousand people near the village of Damadola in the Bajaur region on the Afghan border before they were executed.

"They were spies. Whoever spies for the Americans will meet the same fate," Qari Zia-ur-Rehman, a Taliban leader in the area, told the crowd before another man slit the throats of the two with a sword.

Protected by the Supreme Court of the USA if captured by US military and held under our jurisdiction.

That's all will change as soon as we close Gitmo. We're just making them angry, you know.

turned their habeus right into a corpus, didn’t they? Is SCOTUS deeply saddened?

If/when we catch Qari Zia-ur-Rehman, and send him to Club Gitmo, I’m sure he will be treated better than the way he treated his “prisoners”. I hope he enjoys the pork chops.

Pork Chops is “hate speech”, that would get deleted at the Boston Herald web-site.

Right after the public executions, with several thousand of the wildly cheering and trilling adherants on the scene, would have been a perfect time for either 10 sub launched Tomohawk cruise missiles, or about twenty UAV Reaper launched hellfire missiles to arrive and sanitize the whole place.

Hmm, wonder if the Taliban gave them their full Constitutional rights before slitting their throats?

Their enemies get captured and their throats slit...

We capture THEM, and we give them air-conditioned rooms, Internet access, food, etc., AND, best of all, they get American oil-money-chasers to drag their cases through our Court System for years, and milk their pockets back home in the interest of FAIRNESS....

Shocking!! Do you suppose anyone would notice if such horrors went on in this country?

MUST SEE video.....

This is only a couple minutes long. It is a Florida representative of the Attorney General’s office describing the beheading of a young Mexican girl in Florida by a gang of human smugglers from Mexico. You might think we’d hear about something like this on the news!

I have always thought that we (and the Israelis) should attack terrorist funerals. Kill a terrorist big wig, wait for the funeral procession, zot it with a laser desinator and drop a string of LGBs and napalm on it.
We’d kill a lot people who need to be dead and even the “collateral damage” would be gratifying...

Given the choice I’m betting those 2 hapless turbanistas would rather have taken their chances with the water board at Gitmo.

Now that SCOTUS has determined that unlawful alien enemy combatants should be granted the rights of U.S. citizens, the terrorists can demand to see the evidence against them, including the names of those who collected the evidence. This will provide them with names of our agents in the field. These names will be relayed to al-Qaeda by Democrat lawyers sympathetic to terrorism like Lynne Stewart, and our agents will be exposed.

Waterboarding doesn’t sound like quite such a crime against humanity anymore.

I eagerly await Amnesty International’s campaign against this.
