1. Understand that liberal Democrat Schumer wanted to filibuster Alito’s rise to SCOTUS.
2. Understand that, wimpy RINO as he is, Senator Gordon Smith voted for Alito and Roberts to be on SCOTUS.
3. Understand that our 2nd Amendment rights to keep and bear arms were today recognized by SCOTUS in a 5-4 decision.
4. Understand that Schumer’s liberal activist judges would make abortion a constitutional ‘right’ and make RKBA a dead letter.
5. Understand that there were about 35 votes for filibuster and if the Democrats have the kind of majority we fear they might get in November, conservative judicial candidates would be filibustered. We need every seat we can get to be out of the hands of the liberal Democrats.

There are other issues where any Republican, conservative or moderates, will beat such liberal Democrats, but the judges alone are why I say, again, without irony, that one less Senate seat under the clutches of the vile partisan liberal Chuckie Schumer is like saving a soul from the devil.
