One who has a higher degree of accountability to society, and the public welfare. These are the same people that put "tribe" ahead of everything else. These are the same people who feel that the "family" takes precedence over all other things; including God and Country.

She needs to be canned, and if it can be proven that she did inform here nephew and some bad guys got away, because of it, she needs to be prosecuted.
