We've had several posts involving Obama's birh certificate. You can direct questions to the Vital Records Section, State of Hawaii, at 808-586-4533. I intend to call as soon as the offices open and hope to get an email address where I can send the Obama Birth Certificate in question to have them confirm if it is real or a forgery.
Please, Freepers, politely call and explain the reason for the call, mainly, that we are concerned that there may be an illegal forgery on an official document. Don't get into any political arguments, just ask in a friendly way if the document you send them is authentic or not.
In fact, we don't have to express support for or against Obama, just that we're concerned that someone is using the web to circulate a questionable document. Thanks!
I believe that a newspaper reporter in Florida did talk to them and verified it.
His mother was an American, so it doesn’t matter where he was born. I don’t see what the issue is.

Does anyone know Obama’s racial make up? I have heard black and white but also part Arab too.
He may not meet the constitutional standards to qualify for president.
We don’t know that he doesn’t. But we don’t know that he does, either, without release of this basic document.
Obama’s Kenyan ancestors were all Muslims, and apparently in earlier days were slave traders. It has been suggested by one investigator who traveled to Kenya to examine the records that he is 1/2 white, 7/16 Arab, and 1/16 black.
We don’t know that for sure, because Muslim Arabs sometimes intermarried with blacks or took them as concubines. Photos of his father certainly look black to me.

Obama and company want to point out “Republican dirty tricks” even it it means manufacturing them themselves.
DO NOT just ask if this document “looks” like a real/official doc. THAT WILL GET AN ANSWER OF YES AND BE ESSENTIALLY MEANGLESS. We want to know if every piece of information on these document exactly matches what they have in their database.

This issue is that if ANY, REPEAT, ANY information on this document has been altered, IT IS A BIG DEAL, since an official Obama website has certified the doc to be true.
What bought down Nixon was the coverup, not the crime.
We already know that to be true, since they blacked out the certificate number. That alone is enough to disqualify the document as proof of anything, according to language on the document itself.
