It doesn't matter how you feel about McCain. The fate of Western Civilization is in the balance.

When Losing Isn’t Affordable

November and The War on Islamofascism
By Rene Guerra

Unambiguous success in Iraq and unequivocal victory in the rest of the global war on Islamofascism is not a choice; we don’t have any other alternative, for it is a matter of our very survival. It is not a matter of “prestige” or any other hubristic notion; it is about our own hide, particularly when America faces the grim prospect of Barack Hussein Obama becoming the next president of the United States of America.

The term “Unambiguous Success in Iraq”, cited in the above opening paragraph, is deemed to mean: 1- Defeat of terrorists to insignificance or, better, to nonexistence, 2- Disarmament and disbandment of all militias, 3- Strengthening of the military and all other security forces, 4- Cementing effective democracy (democratic elections and participatory-democracy form of governance), 5- Activation of the economy of Iraq, 6- Further stabilization of the entire country; and 7- Enrollment of Iraq as an active ally in the rest of the global war on Islamofascism.

The Backstab America Mob

However, the Democrat Party of nowadays and the rest of the Left, along with the Backstab America Mob (the BAM) have been intensively engaged -- since before the launch of Operation Iraqi Freedom on March 20, 2003 -- in impeding America’s success, and even facilitating her defeat in Iraq.

The BAM . . . what’s that?

They used to be benignly called “The Blame-America-First Crowd” (BAFC) from the milestone speech that Jeane Kirkpatrick -- that remarkable true American of -- delivered at the Republican Convention in 1984...

Its a tragedy. Hopefully we can create a new third party alternative to the scoundrels in the Republican Party leadership before 2012.

But until then, the choice is pretty clear for people who don’t want America to become even more of a third world rathole than it apparently is on the road to becoming already.

DesScorp ~ I keep trying to tell people this here, and I still get “f*ck you, I’m not voting for him”. That’s the same as voting FOR Obama, no matter how you cut it.

Tolerance Sucks Rocks ~ Does that mean not voting for Osamabama is the same as voting for McKook?

No, it means not voting for Obama is the same as voting for McCain...

I don't believe that McCain is moving farther to the right and am not trying to "seel" that point....he's a centrist...but CAN be infuenced....and believes in the basic principals (sanctity of life, freedom of speech, gun ownership, etc) Two guys running...ones a communist. McCain is not....and for those reasons, he gets my vote.

If it gets WORSE than it is now, we have the reset button.

Ah....the 2nd amendment!! We the states, 2/3rds of the states that is, should abolish the federal government, by force if necessary. I don't want that to happen but the federal government is abolishing the Constitution by which the feds have their power.

How ironic!

You got your candidate nominated.

I guess your strong suit is not reading comprehension.

As I told you, he was not my first or second choice and I did not vote for him - therefore, I did not get my candidate nominated.

But the voters got him nominated and he is the GOP candidate.

But now, we aren't voting for one man, we are voting for our country and our freedoms.

So you STILL don't "get it"

Have a nice life - well, hopefully, you'll have the chance to

WOT is a deal breaker

You do know that McCain has said he'd rather lose an American city than waterboard a single terrorist, don't you????

Every weak kneed argument you’ve just spouted has been posted here before and bears no more import that the picture you just posted which ‘really’ attests to your attitude of people who don’t agree with YOUR logic. Excuse me, but I had more respect for you when all I had was that picture you posted to go by instead of now after having been exposed to your reasoning. keep up the good fight, I’m sure you’re going to convince a lot of people.....

“I think, in regards to a presidential candidate, that only applies to overseas military births?”

That was my understanding, but I’m told no. But there seems to be some question on this.

Well, then let’s defuse him now, and start with uncovering his pedigree.

McCain fighting the war on terror while leaving the borders open and inviting in more border jumpers is not a winning "strategery" either.

At least Barr would fight the war as a declared war, would close the border to illegal traffic, and allow us the full expression of our individual RKBA. That last one alone would clear up a lot more than just "sudden jihad syndrome".

"At least there will be bigger chunks left over for the rebuilding. A long, slow, through grind might actually be worse in the long run."

Well, at least you have one thing right - your moniker

'Took over 80 years for Russia to start crawling up out after the Bolshevik Revolution. Hope you're planning on a long life.

sanctity of life - not so much (see my post above)

Freedom of Speech - McCain-Feingold

Gun ownership - at least one yearly “F” from the NRA.

Better than the Dim with the D, but still too much a Dim.

But the voters got him nominated and he is the GOP candidate.

It seems that the problem with comprehension is all on your end.

I will reiterate and type slowly for you...

I don't care if he's the GOP nominee. I only vote for conservatives.

But now, we aren't voting for one man, we are voting for our country and our freedoms.

Then please explain how voting for the architect of McCain-Feingold, McCain-Kennedy and McCain-Lieberman is a vote for our freedoms.

One last time. It's not enough to tell me that Obama sucks. If your candidate wants my vote, he's going to have to earn it.

how did they earn it in the past? with bush? Dennis Hastert? The GOP has totally screwed all the way down and mccain is just the tip of the iceberg.

The GOP are still screwing up. Still pushing for pork and earmarks. Still getting into scandals. I don’t know if mccain will win or not but the rest of the republicans will definitely lose because they don’t deserve conservative support either.

but for now McQueeg remains exactly what he has always been: a cynical and monumentally self-centered liar who holds animus toward his constituents and the U.S. Constitution.

That's an excellent short description of McQueeg!

he’d give constitutional rights to terrorists, who would in turn use them against us, the people that the constitution was written for.
