Freepers: I work at a university which is just about as left as you can get. Of course, in the People's Republic of Massachusetts, what do you expect?
But there are about twenty conservative faculty (most under "deep cover") and at least 100 conservative students. We have been meeting off-campus under a variety of guises, but if we go formal: 1.) the University will find some reason to deny us recognition; 2.) those conservative faculty members who are not tenured will be in trouble; 3.) the students who openly belong will not be flunked--but they will be denigrated. Until such time as we have the strength to come out in the open, we need some way to set up a chat room or list-serve or what-have-you to bring up problems, report the nutty things the lefty head-cases do, provide support and so forth. Everyone is very paranoid and, as the most visible conservative on campus, I understand why. So, we need to be able to communicate with each other, under screen names and I have to be able to monitor who is getting on the site since--well, the DUmmies raid us all the time, and I do not want to have to be guessing as to who is listening in and who is posting.
I am only moderately IT skilled, so any help you can give me would be appreciated.
Thanks,
McVey
Run everything though your KL-7.
Get an account on dreamhost (web hosting site) for $8 / month. Give shell accounts to as many people as you trust. Use ssh to log onto to the shell account and lynx to post here. Everything from your computer to dreamhost will be encrypted and unviewable. From dreamhost to FR won’t but it doesn’t matter.
I would suggest getting everyone to join FR under a series of unique screen names (maybe ‘MASSundercover01,02,03, etc.) and set up a ping list for everyone.
Just be careful about posting any information that would make it easy to personally identify yourselves, and the leftists, dummies and Commies can go screw themselves.
Just my .02 cents.
Funny and I never saw that picture before, but I am guessing they don’t make them with enough tubes.
I thought of that—the problem is that FR is wide open and students, in particular, will not think through what they post.
I was going to suggest tin cans and a lot of string.
That looks like a meeting with me and the administration—of course, you don’t have a gun pressed to my temple.
Thanks, that looks as though it will work.

I use IRC and open a private channel.
I like this one....when you use the libtards tactics against them, they get soooooooooo pissed....
You may not be familiar with what happened at Shippensburg University down in Pennsylvania. The adminstration said “sure, we believe in Free Speech.” And then they assigned a, you probably have heard of this, a “free speech zone.” Tightly cordoned off and higly visible. The craven board of trustees did NOTHING!
look at http://drop.io - you can set up a restricted web site, fax things into it, fax out from it, leave phone msgs etc.
Most universities I’ve attended have had the same thing. A special area where all free speech is tolerated(sic).
