Turns out that our Director was out of town during all of this and came back to find his house the only dry one on the block in the area in which the President is standing in this picture. His water was turned off, but the house seems dry.
We are all fortunate; none of our faculty or staff has been affected. Our building has taken on some water in the basement, but nowhere near the amount of the buildings near it, where there is 5-7 feet of water.
