Oh yeah, and of course the Whitewater hearings, the Foster hearings, the Chinese cash for influence hearings and a myriad of others didn’t have any lapses of memory pop up.

I actually watched this witch hunt...er, hearing.
Carl Levin kept yelling “What do you mean you don’t remember seeing this memo, and this memo, and this memo.”
When a more sane questioner had a turn, as it happened neof the “evil” memos were adressed to him or his department.

If the author had a memory, or did any research, he would discover that it was prison guards who did that. And they were either tried or court martialed.

Sorry Levin. But a dog barking at a terrorist is not torture. A blindfolded terroist is not a victim of torture. A terrorist with a gal's panties on his head is not being tortured. Levin is a vile, disloyal, traitor, attacking those who defend America and aiding those who attack it. His Michigan constituents include many Islamic extremists and he is posturing for their votes. Like many of his kind, he has no real loyalty to, or love for, America.

As I recall she made about 240 responses of “I don’t remember” or “I have no specific recollection,” etc.
