Considering the witch hunt that the Times is doing on him, I have to conclude that the judge has committed no crime and is likely a constitutionalist, which offends liberals.

The judge in question is considered a conservative, although I might rather call him a libertarian. No question this is a move by the leftists to force him off the bench and move the 9th Circus even further to the left.
