WASHINGTON (Legal Newsline)-U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts has named a panel to conduct the judicial misconduct investigation of 9th U.S. Circuit Chief Judge Alex Kozinski.
Kozinski himself had called for the investigation after the Los Angeles Times reported that there were sexually explicit images on Kozinski's personal computer, which his wife, attorney Marcy J.K. Tiffany, told Legal Newsline belonged to their family.

Oh please.
If America can’t impeach a justice overseeing a
pornography trial who has bestiality images on
his home computer, we are beyond redemption.
He’s a judge who respects the 2nd Amendment, so I’m happy to give him a pass on a little off-color humor. Now, if he were running a porn site off of that computer, then...
Well...
That’s OK too! Better too much porn than too few guns.
The judge in question is considered a conservative, although I might rather call him a libertarian. No question this is a move by the leftists to force him off the bench and move the 9th Circus even further to the left.
ROFLMAO!! I might put that in my tag line!!

I calls ‘em as I sees ‘em. : )
But seriously...
One can always refuse to exercise a right, such as the right to look at nekkid wimmins painted like cows. (Holsteins, if memory serves.) One cannot, however, exercise a right that’s been stripped away by an overactive government; not without bloodshed, at any rate. I much prefer judges who recognize rights I don’t want to use than ones who infringe the rights I do exercise.
There you go again...
Had you seen the video in question, you would not be calling it beastiality.
Instead, you're taking the LA Times' word for it that there were beastiality images on his web pages.
FWIW, the video showed a man who, in taking a crap in a field, attracted the attention of donkey. The donkey became aroused and started chasing the guy around the field. While this was happening, the guy was trying to pull his pants up, laughing about the situation with his friends, who were the ones videotaping what happened.
IOW, no beastiality at all.
You should be feeling a little bit like a donkey (read: democrat) yourself for lapping up the LA Times story as the God's honest truth.
The air time or page space given to a particular political scandal is a direct consequence of political affiliation. If William Jefferson was a Republican, his name would be a household word.
There is your answer.
