Sara Evans and former University of Alabama quarterback Jay Barker were married Saturday (June 14) during an outdoor ceremony at a farm in Franklin, Tenn., according to People magazine.
Evans' 8-year-old son Avery walked his mother down the aisle. Serving as attendants were Evans' children, including daughters, Olivia, 5, and Audrey, 3, and Barker's four children from his previous marriage. At the ceremony, singer-songwriter Marcus Hummon performed "God Bless the Broken Road," the Rascal Flatts hit he co-wrote. Sheryl Crow was among the 145 guests arriving for the wedding. According to People, Evans wore an ivory silk taffeta Vera Wang gown with a halter neck. Evans, 37, and Barker, 35, were introduced last fall by Joe Beam, a minister who officiated at Saturday's ceremony. Evans and ex-husband Craig Schelske were married for 14 years before their divorce was finalized in September 2007. Barker also became divorced last year.
He and Evans became engaged in March. Barker hosts a morning show on a sports radio station in Birmingham, Ala.
Oh god, Sara may stab Jay in his sleep. I think she may be a little nutty....but then again, she is a woman.

I can’t stand her. She ruined her first marriage and now will ruin another. Some people should not marry and she and Brittney are at the top of the list.

Yeah I talked to California East Bay Area Gramma to my son and she said it has been nothing but Gay Marraige on the news and so she too turned off the tv.
I don’t know either of them personally, so I can’t say I know the ins and outs of their previous marriages. Hopefully, they will have a long and happy marriage. God bless them and RTR!!!
