This is just another case that exposes the INTERNAL enemies of America. Not only was McCarthy right, he grossly underestimated the number of them. It is sickening when you realize that our military protects these scum in our society....such a gross injustice.

The only part that bothers me is the “without prejudice” part. According to a defense attorney, the scumbag prosecutors have previously said that they WILL refile charges against Chessani if the UCI is upheld by Folsom.

If Marine Forces CentCom is excluded that is like "dismissed with prejudice light." Who else can file EXCEPT the Corps itself, US CENTCOM itself, SECNAV, or DOD?
And they weren't there. That means all of those jokers from Mattis, Helland, Ewers, etc. are now out of the picture, doesn't it?
This should have a profound impact on the Wuterich case, I would think.
