The only part that bothers me is the “without prejudice” part. According to a defense attorney, the scumbag prosecutors have previously said that they WILL refile charges against Chessani if the UCI is upheld by Folsom.
He excluded refiling by Marine CentCom.
I’ve read that, Lancey but they can’t do it on their own, Lt. Gen. Helland has to be the one to sign off on it, I believe.
