Sign of road rage may be on bumper

Three horrors await Americans who get behind the wheel of a car for a family road trip this summer: the spiraling price of gas, choruses of "Are we there yet?"and the road rage of fellow drivers.
Divine intervention might be needed for the first two problems, but science has discovered a solution for the third:
Watch out for cars with bumper stickers.
That's the surprising conclusion of a recent study by Colorado State University social psychologist William Szlemko.

I was behind a large SUV in line the other day and this very insightful sticker was on his back window. “Except for Ending Slavery, Fascism, Nazism & Communism, War Has Never Solved Anything. Loved it!

Not ALWAYS, of course, but enough of the time for me to have noticed it through the years. I told a couple of other drivers about it, and sure enough, they've told me later they now notice the same thing.
I watch out for these plates.
It's not that they have road rage, but many of the cars I've seen with these plates are driven by marginally competent drivers.

You do have to be a little careful with it, though. In certain locations, Ill turn the ringer on soft, so it doesnt broadcast very far. Offending people is one thing; enraging particular segments of the population is another. Funny ringtone story: I was in a meeting with several Navy vets. One of the contractor's ring tone was set to General Quarters (go to Wikipedia and click on the audio sample). His phone rang during the meeting - the Navy guys got a bad flashback!

They seemed pleasantly surprised we were in agreement! Enemedia conditioning! I think we would all be amazed at how the majority really does agree with us.
I met a few fellow conservatives where I work. Gotta be careful. Mostly full of libs. The conservatives love when I can give them information I get from here and use it to fight the good fight.
We truly are like the liberals were 30 years ago. No one admitted to being a liberal then because people would look at you funny.

"The more markers a car has, the more aggressively the person tends to drive.." Your photo nails it, the #18 drives aggressive and the driver does not know when to keep his mouth shut.

Keep up the good work getting out the truth. I'm glad I don't have that job thing to worry about. People repeat the enemedia talking points and I look them straight in the eye and tell them not to be absurd and to get on the net and educate themselves. I'd be fired in a heartbeat! ;*)

...they also are far more likely than others to use their vehicles to express rage by honking, tailgating and other aggressive behavior. Honking is expressing rage? That's the problem with this whole "road rage" thing...the definition of rage has changed. If someone drifts into my lane and I tap on the horn so that they know I'm there, is that rage?

Meanwhile, aggressive drivers are out there killing people. Often the aggressive driver whips through so fast, they aren't even a part of the accident they caused.

Okay, that is funny. Especially considering when Lennon was murdered vs the start of the war in Iraq.
On the night of 8 December 1980, Lennon was shot four times in the back (the fifth shot missed) in the entrance hallway of the Dakota by Mark David Chapman. Lennon had autographed a copy of Double Fantasy for Chapman earlier that same night.

My McCain sticker should have come with a warning. “Caution, May attract nails in your tires” since I have had to have 3 removed since I put it on. The young feller at the tire store said mine was the 8th he’d repaired with a McCain sticker. Zero for obama.
