Wow! Wonder what gave him that idea.

Well, this should be interesting. I wonder if he’ll actually learn anything while he is there that will change his perception on the WOT - not that he would admit it if he did.

If you;re just going to send our troops home, why do you have to waste their time by going there?
To: NormsRevenge
It’ll be interesting to see if this has any affect on the stalled “Status of Forces” agreement. Iraq wants more control over coalition military operations in exchange for a basing treaty. When the UN resolutions expire the agreement would be the legal basis for the continued presence of coalition troops.
Just thinking that Iraq might need to throw in its hand to get a quick agreement with the Bush Administration.

Iraqi and Afghan terrorists will hold pro-Obama parades but US troops will turn their backs on B-Hussein-O.
I’m not kidding. My friend who spent two years as a translator in Iraq tells me that the anti-American majority is rooting for Hussein bigtime.

Probably a reaction to McCain's recommendation that Obama visit Afghanistan / Iraq.
After the visit, The Magic Negro will have more traction in his campaign.
McCain is an idiot because he does not understand the consequences of his statements.

Barak “The surge will never work, no way” Obama, is now going to visit Iraq? Over 3 weeks after McCain had been constantly inviting him to go see the surge work in Iraq?
Funny.
Obama has already failed in his first task as a potential Commander in Chief, and McCain has passed with flying colors. McCain was right on the surge, and the wet-behind-the-ears Obama was totally wrong. In an unsafe world, to elect the clueless, naive Obama will be a disaster for America's security.

I hope our soldiers are not being forced to play along with his photo-op plans. They should give this punk the reception he deserves.

Gee, I certainly hope nothing terrible like suicide bombers, IED’s, sniper fire, rocket attacks, plane crashes or tomato salmonella attacks and harms him while there. Same for his lovely, charming wife.
OK, it’s sarcasm. I admit it. Go ahead punish me.

Maybe after he reviews and shores up the morale of his loyal forces there, he’ll stop in to see some American troops, too.

Just like when JF'nK went to Iraq, I hope the troops "respectfully" give him enough "sword room" durring the visit.
