BIG Earthquake in Japan Just Now! Predicted in Advance by Two Minutes (Live)
Japanese news; direct experience ^ | 14 June 2008 | AmericanInTokyo

Posted on 06/13/2008 4:58:12 PM PDT by AmericanInTokyo

We just had a very strong earthquake which fiercely rocked and rolled the main Island of Honshu in Japan.

TV broke with news on all channels IN ADVANCE OF EARTHQUAKE, warning people to "get ready". 8:43 a.m. local time Saturday (just about 10 minutes ago). 7:43 p.m. Friday Eastern Time.

Then, sure enough, the long, rolling shaking began, and increased in intensity. I estimate the shaking to have gone on for at least 45 seconds. It hit here at 8:45 a.m. It literally gave us 2 minutes to prepare. I have never experienced an advance earthquake warning.

The epicenter is considerably far from Tokyo, way up in northwest Japan. So I am sure there is little or no damage in Tokyo, but I can imagine damage and/or loss of life near the epicenter. It may well have been a 7.5. We will see.

END TIMES PING LIST PING. Please let me know if you want on or off this list

Here’s an update on a prediction I may have referred to earlier:

From:

http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread353645/pg10

Here the update is:

posted on 8/6/2008 @ 22:09

Okay, given all the attention this has received, I had better update some things:

1) When I posted this here, I never really expected anyone to take much notice of it. I wanted my friend’s vision put on the record, because in my opinion he deserved it, and because he gave me permission. He asked me what to do with the information he received, and I asked him if I could post it on the net a bit. He said yes, on the provision that I don’t identify him. I posted pretty much what I put on this thread, on a couple of other ‘make your prediction’ websites.

2) I did not claim a ‘hit’ for the early June Chinese quake, for the simple reason that it came nowhere near my friend’s vision, in terms of dates, size, or location.

3) The actual vision of my friend - is what some would call a lucid dream, others would call astral travel, out-of-body, etc. It was in full colour, and he has only had a dozen or so such dreams over his 80-something year lifespan. One thing they ALL have in common is that they all play out EXACTLY like he sees in the vision. He has used his visions on more than one occasion to save his own life, and the lives of others.

4) His vision is as follows:

- he gets out of bed one morning, in his normal bedroom, on a normal looking day. Being a guy with strong gardening interests etc, one of his first ‘habits’ is to shuffle over to the TV to see what the weather forecast is. He turns on the TV and notices that the weather information is being continuously interrupted by news broadcasters discussing a 9.9 Richter Scale earthquake, off the coast of China, which had already caused a 50 metre high wall of water racing inland - destroying everything in its path. He said the news broadcasters were shocked at the estimated death tolls already, and he heard them say, ‘well, this is going to cause the olympic games to be cancelled for sure’. THAT is the ONLY dating information he or I have. When I discussed it with him further, he said he FELT it was just before the end of June (2008).

- on top of what he was seeing (ie himself getting out of bed, turning on the TV etc etc) there was a voice speaking to him - giving him death toll figures in the millions; advising of disease; including a flesh-eating disease/bug/bacteria that would spread internationally (he actually told me that this bug/bacteria/disease ONLY KILLED meat-eating humans, not vegetarians, by mutating with the bacteria in the gut of meat eaters. Now this guy is a raving vegetarian himself, so how much is his spin or how much was the voice, I am still not clear about. But it is worth passing on here I think so you all know what I know)

5) He had this vision around Christmas time 2007, and phoned me a couple of weeks later with it. He was still in shock, and asked me “why have I been given this information?” “How can I use this to help or save people?” etc. I told him that an uncomfortable number of people were also predicting major earth changes around mid 2008 (which is very true, and their numbers are increasing daily it seems). We discussed whether I should put it in Nexus or not - he asked to hold off till May.

6) As for the visit by the US State Dept dudes - that was the ID they showed him, but you all know it could have been anyone; I don’t know whether he contacted someone high up that he knew/knows; or they found out other ways. They were kind to him, they took his vision very seriously, and he promised to let them know of any other visions relating to this event.

7) I want to be clear about the following also.
- it was me that lowered the posted prediction to 9.5+ His actual vision was 9.9 Richter scale. My reasons were to allow him a margin of error so to speak; and again, I never figured it would be of much interest to anyone. I mean, to me, it is a case of anyone going in and posting any prediction - so what?

- my friend had no specific date, except that it would “lead to the cancellation of the Olympic Games”. I take full responsibility for putting it mid-June, with a + or - of two weeks. He DID FEEL strongly that it was “by, or around, the end of June”. However, it could well be inside the first few weeks of July, and HE would still be right - BUT, MY post would be shown to be a failed prediction.

- even if my friend’s vision turns out the way he sees, he still does NOT want to be known, does NOT want any fame, fortune, books, interviews. He just would prefer it doesn’t happen - period. If anything, he hopes the Chinese might listen and do something - yeah right.

- My reasons for putting HIS vision as “mid-June, plus/minus two weeks”, is because of a large number of other independent sources which variously claim methods and reasons for worry in mid-June. Some of these are scientific, methodical, left-brainers with statistics, others are right-brainers with astrology, others are dreamers and visionaries. I picked mid-June for the post to both allow my friend a margin of error, and to ‘straddle’ the alarming number of predictions I have personally received.

- my original and subsequent postings have no financial or ulterior motives, are not a hoax or a joke. However they did not reflect accurately the full details of my friend’s vision, in terms of the size, and date vagueness by my friend - hence this correction.

9) To be super clear then, I would like to reiterate :
a- my friend’s vision will NOT be fullfilled until he sees on his TV, news broadcasted interruptions about an earthquake: size 9.9 Richter Scale; Off the Coast of China; with a 50m high wall of water racing inland; causing cancellation of the Olympic Games. [I asked in vain for any other titibit, ie mention of asteroid strike beforehand, of precursor eruptions or quakes beforehand - but he told me of no further information or clues].

b- we have published in this latest issue of Nexus, an article by Ken Dickman, who has an impressive track record predicting the DATES of earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, but absolutely little clue or accuracy as to the locations. His dates of concern are June 1-13, 2008. His calculations are based solely on angular relationships between the planets and the sun.

10) Next time I start a thread on ATS, I will begin with exact details, and head-off this sort of mess at the start. It is a good thing that so many demand details and clarification - and I do apologise for not be exact and clear right from the start.

praying/meditating for peace

Duncan

Thanks for the ping, Quix...

Well, I hope this was a lucid dream type situation and NOT a vision of things to come. How truly horrific that would be... Will add a prayer that if this vision is in our future someone with means will take the warning seriously and attempt to at least inform citizens who can take precautions to do so, or at the very least educate the Chinese people in some way so that if possible they would know what to do when the time comes...

Still praying for those in Japan, and of course, all those affected by the recent China quake...

I was in California for one, and like you, was in bed. Got out of bed to run to under bedroom door frame. Bed beat me to door!

Yeah, but unlike tornadoes or hurricanes, at least your bed won't been found in the next county or state.

Wow.....

All I can say is, if your friend’s terrifying vision comes to pass, the tsunamis may also head eastward across the Pacific.....perhaps to the West Coast of North America.

After all, the 9.0 earthquake in 1700 off the coast of what is now Washington State sent walls of water in both directions.....way inland into what is now the State of Washington, and westward all the way to Japan.

interesting technology & results.. BUT

BUT....

the reality is what of what would make a difference in 2 minutes.

Okay, I will admit to having NO experience in/with earthquakes and perhaps 2 minutes is very significant

My post is not meant to be critical .. just inquisitive. Can 2 minutes help?

For some, 2 minutes can mean the difference between life and death.

For me, it was just enough time to move quickly away from a big plate glass window and make sure nobody else got near it.

If it had struck closer to Tokyo, hey, who knows?

I'll take any amount of time for advance warning. Even two minutes.

2 minutes is enough time to get yourself and/or kids under a table, away from windows or other hazardous furniture/lighting, out of weak structures, etc...

I too, have no experience with earthquakes first hand, so I’m just guessing, however, I saw a TV show on earthquakes a while back - history channel I think - and they showed where by the time one hits you may not be able to make it under a table if the quake is strong enough...

I understand that Japanese and Korean engineers are at the head of the pack in seismic engineering. I don't know that with certainty, and I am not an engineer.

But I did spend a lot of time in 1996 and 1997 with a Russian engineer who took over a huge construction company in Vladivostok when Russia allowed the firm to be privatized. I was making some business links between the Russian engineer and some U.S. companies which were in the steel frame housing field.

The Russians were largely still under the impression that earthquake resistant meant concrete walls 2 feet thick. This is what they thought would insulate buildings the best, too. (wrong!)

The Russian was not convinced about the benefits of steel frame anything, and so we took a ride.

We made a visit together to a new medium rise office complex in Vladivostok built by the Koreans. It was all steel ‘C’ channel frame, with the floors being corrugated steel mat sheets, over poured with cement. The Koreans tried to explain the seismic engineering in the built in flex capability of the structure. And the building was pillared on a shock absorber system. The Koreans had a most impressive presentation. I was convinced.

The Russian would never admit to being convinced in my presence, but later bought steel frame housing packages from Arizona.

Such global implication. Such heartbreaking devastation.

Wow, wow, wow. I so much do want all to come to saving faith and to know the hope of eternal life. Lord, send revival!

= = =
Psalm 24

1The earth is the LORD’s, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.

2For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.

3Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?

4He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.

5He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.

6This is the generation of them that seek him, that seek thy face, O Jacob. Selah.

7Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.

8Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle.

9Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in.

10Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah.

Just reading your words brings my memories to life.

within seconds they had computer graphics up, location, depth, intensity, tsunami warnings, live TV remote cameras from NHK TV bureaus in the region (webcams) streaming the shaking and some aftershocks...but announcers were precise, exact, calm and authoritative.

As precise as the Japanese are historically reknown for the calibre of their production of knives, swords, and pens.

The memory thing is interesting, in re earthquakes. Late 70s, I was on the 11th floor of One Market Plaza (SF). Earthquake. Everyone was rocking and rolling. Windows made funny sounds. And yep, we had to find our way to and down 11 floors using the stairwell — while the building was still swaying. Praying no aftershocks would hit. People got sick from vertigo of the swaying buildings. I know we took the stairwell; but I really have no memory of actually walking (while clasping onto the railing) down the stairwell, and what happened when we hit the ground level.
