What a bigoted, horrible attitude! Sounds like hate-speech to me. Probably because they are Muslim Kosovars. This woman is clearly Islamophobic. She should clearly be taken to court and forced to undergo sensetivity training. Maybe the judge could sentence them to let the poor refugees live with them, and serve them sandwiches (culturally appropriate, of course!) daily. That would teach them their place as dhimmis in New Pakistan (formerly known as Great Britain).

In the 1990s thousands of Kosovan refugees came to Britain, fleeing the conflict in their own country which took place amid the wider Balkan wars.

Refugees live in exile. Any reason these did not return? Were they economic refugees?
