What you should mean, since you have no way of verifying this yourself, is that it appears to be real, given the "certified". But anything can be posted online that looks real. Simply having "certified" doesn't actually make it so.

This copy is not certified. There is no official certification or notary on it. This appears more like the Bush guard docs than an official birth certificate, which this is not.

Yes it is real. It is a CERTIFIED copy the only thing that is really legal. Only if that seal at the top is raised, not merely printed. Be interesting to see what the blank form used for the Hawaii Certification of Birth looks like. Generally the raised seal is somewhere other than top center, and since it's put on by hand, is generally not that perfectly aligned or centered.
