I think there is a difference between the two documents. And this one has no seal that I can tell.

This is clearly a modern print out, not the origional document. They didn’t have LASER printers in 1961.. (check the lower left corner).

This is what anyone gets if they call up and ask for a certified birth certificate for themselves anymore. I have an old photocopy of my original birth certificate that I requested years ago when I needed it.. and I have one from the same county a few years ago I needed when that one was no longer valid due to changes in the law since 9/11. The newer “official” copy looks like this, just a computer print out.. the old one is a xerox of my origional birth cert.

No seal. I’d bet $100 that this one is a blank that some OBAMA RAT who works in HI took and forged!

"And this one has no seal that I can tell."

I can't see that it has a raised seal either. When I wanted to get a passport a few years ago, I presented my original birth certificate to the postal clerk. They told me it wasn't acceptable because although it had a printed seal on it, it wasn't a raised seal. So in order to apply for a passport, I had to pay $25 to get a certified copy from the county in NY State where I was born.
