Even if born in Kenya, he qualifites because of his American-citizen mother. Anyway, the American people would never stand for a challenge to their Oprah’s Obama on constitutional grounds. Oprah means more to them than the Constitution.

False. While he would be an american citizen, he would not be a natural born citizen if born in Kenya.
Oh, and further, his mother would have had to do some paperwork to get Barack his American citizenship if he was born outside of America.
I believe that same might be said of the Supreme Court.
There have been several posts that if the mother is under age 18, certain rules apply, it's not automatic.

Dems challenged McCain’s status because he was born while his father was stationed off American soil. They said the rules were that he had to be born on American soil.
Actually, the law at the time suggests otherwise.

That possibly may not be true. There is an obscure law that states his mother has to have been 21 at the time when Obama was born if he was born in Kenya. His mother appears to have been 18 at the time.

If he was born in Kenya the US law at that time would mean he is not a citizen, as his mother didn't meet the requirements to deliver birth right citzenship to him at the time. It takes two citizen-parents to make US citizenship automatic. One citizen-parent was not enough in 1961.
(NOTE: Many of these laws were obviously put in place to save servicemen and the USA from an onslaught of kids sired by war-time hook-ups and mistresses claiming citizenship).
I'm sure they have some good forgers working overtime on this at the DNC. No, I'm not joking. I put nothing past the Dems. They continuously steal elections via base vote harvesting and ballot stuffing, so what's a little forgery, false affadavits, etc.
