Unfortunately we are seeing overzealous DA’s using laws meant to protect kids and teens from Chester the Molester against the very people they are supposed to protect. I mean, since when should a teen be required to register as a sex offender for taking nude pictures of himself/herself?

That is the law. If you are under 18, and photograph yourself in the nude, you are in possession of an illegal picture. In Arizona, you get 20 years in jail for each such picture found.

But the little morons are not aware of the REAL dangers out there where a pervert might get their picture and address and come looking for a “good time”. See my post just above.

I think they should face lots of jail time when they post photos of others on the Internet, email them to their friends and acquaintances, OR TRY TO SELL THEM-—no matter how old they aren't.

When kids distribute pictures, whether of themselves or others, it is still dissemination of pornography.
