Well, which is it; a hoax or a real tape where she says “why’d he” ? Those are two separate concepts. And why would you think that the “why’d he” words are being misrepresented? It makes little sense the whoever has the tape would frame it as being so damning when, as soon as it is released it will be very clear whether your theory is correct. If there is an element of accuracy to the “whitey/why’d he” thing, I would imagine that it is because THAT is what BO and Aunt Ester will try to use to defend themselves...while all the time knowing that she was saying “whitey”. Not a bad strategy given how close the words sound.

As a technical matter, I'd just say "it depends." Buying a work doesn't completely exhaust the rights of the creator of the work. For example, peer-to-peer sharing (no money involved) of music can violate copyright law.
But copyright law won't be the barrier between this material and publicity of it. Copyright holders can't outright prevent "copying." The most they are entitled to is reasonable payment. And this material (especially the inflammatory parts, if it exists) is of broad public interest, which augurs in favor of free (as in bier) distribution.
Be sure, if such a recording exists and I get my hands on it, I will post it.
Allan Keyes ran against Obama. I doubt most politicians would want to bring it up because of political correctness. Attacking the “Black church” is not good politics. And a complicit MSM didn’t do its job.

I don’t know about you folks, but the term “whitey” just doesn’t do it for me as like in racially demeaning. I actually thinks it’s funny. Everything in my experience from childhood on says to me that any term or name ending in the eee sound at the end of the word or name is meant as a term of endearment. Like my son’s name Matthew, when he was little we called him Mattey. LOL
Anyway, I’m sure those foaming at the mouth don’t mean it thataway.
