Carter says he'll endorse Obama

The Associated Press announcement that Barack Obama has clinched the Democratic nomination for president has prompted former President Jimmy Carter, one of Georgia's three undecided delegates to the national convention, to officially pick a side.

Deanna Congileo, a spokeswoman for Carter, confirmed that the former president has told the Obama campaign "they would have his vote after polls close tonight."

Carter has strongly hinted that he would support Obama, but did not commit until Tuesday.

Two other superdelegates -- Richard Ray, president of the Georgia AFL-CIO, and U.S. Rep. Jim Marshall of Macon -- said they'll continue to sit on the sidelines.

The last undeclared Democratic congressman from Georgia "remains a bystander," said Doug Moore, Marshall's press secretary.

With Republicans eyeing Marshall's seat for a possible takeover next fall, his spokesman said the third-term lawmaker is "focusing on his own campaign."

Ray, the union leader, said both presidential campaigns have called him. "I'm in no hurry to jump out there," he said. "I'm still watching what's going on -- the political side of it."

It’s no surprise that Carter is endorsing Obama. Birds of a feather flock together. Obama will complete Carter’s mission of utterly subjugating and enslaving these United States to Communism and National Socialism.

Obama should pick Carter as his VP.
Carter has the experience and gravitas that Obama lacks.
The two of them can pursue the Carter-Obama foreign policy that Obama has been campaigning on.
Obama can help Jimmy finally get his second term.

I’m surprised he didn’t do this months ago when Hamas endorsed Obama.

The Associated Press announcement that Barack Obama has clinched the Democratic nomination for president

Left-leaning headlines like this show up on Americans' home pages when they sign onto ISPs like AOL.

How many people go beyond reading what they are spoon-fed?

How do we counteract this?

Not a surprise, considering that Obama is Jimmah Carter II.

(Better than an Adolf Hitler II though. (Hillary!)).

Not to mention as Archie once said (from my all-time AITF favorite:

“You’ve got a young guy and an old guy
A Muslim and a Christian (supposedly)
A big city boy and a country boy
A black guy and a white guy”

“Now that’s what I call a balanced ticket”
