This tells how bad this show trial is. From one of Andrew Coyne's lines (he live blogged the "trial"):
"...a guy from the New York Times, whos doing a piece comparing how the two countries legal systems deal with speech cases. Needless to say, he cant believe what hes witnessing
"

Definitely go read the blogging of the trial. Just unbelievable stuff up there.

Would be interesting IF Canada HAD any rights.. Canada has NO RIGHTS merely privileges granted by government.. same in all of Europe..
Big difference between rights and privileges..

I’m sure all the smug libs who have brought Steyn to trial are congratulating themselves for having fought “bigotry”. Instead they’ve introduced a measure of totalitarian fascism that will come back to bite them in their pompous posteriors. Look for the libs in America to start this nonsense soon.

This will be another Bestseller from Steyn.

I- and others-- are faithfully documenting and recording all these depredations, for the World to see.

We sure have come a long way from “I may not agree with what you say, but I’ll defend to the death you’re right to say it”, have’nt we?
Of course, the only people that can really say that these days are the those that served or are serving. I’m I pretty sure that every one on this forum knows how any “Human Rights Commission” feels about the US Military.

If the Canadian fascists are succesful in this trial, forget the Mexico fence. We will need to build a Canadian one.
