Intelligence reports indicate both suspects worked for an ISI cell leader, who was detained a week ago, carrying out assassinations and kidnappings.
One of the men is said to be known as a ruthless murderer who killed innocent civilians to instill fear within the local population. He is reported to have recently kidnapped Iraqi Police recruits and killed them to intimidate the local populace from working with the IP.
