I took a stroll through my neighborhood where there are two voting centers. Turn out so far seems pretty good.
two stupid questions...
1- does the PR primary have a delegate count??
1A- if yes do they count those delegates in the final delegate total for rat candidates??
2- do the Republicans have a PR primary or any other non-state (example Guam) primary???
