When Barack Obama announced his campaign for president, you could anticipate that ugly racial stereotypes would rear up. You probably couldn’t anticipate that some of his strongest supporters would promote the worst of it.
That’s what the nation saw as video surfaced of a sermon Rev. Michael Pfleger gave last Sunday from the pulpit of Obama’s church in Chicago.
Pfleger talks of exposing “white entitlement and supremacy wherever it raises its head, and then theatrically mocks Sen. Hillary Clinton.
He stalks around the stage of Trinity United Church of Christ. He thunders: “When Hillary was crying, and people said that was put on, I really don’t believe it was put on. I really believe that she just always thought, ‘this is mine! I’m Bill’s wife, I’m white and this is mine! I just gotta get up and step into the plate’ and then out of nowhere came, ‘Hey, I’m Barack Obama,’ and she said, ‘Oh, damn. Where did you come from? I’m white! I’m entitled! There’s a black man stealing my show!’ ’’
Then he theatrically feigns tears and says, “She wasn’t the only one crying. There were a whole lot of white people crying.”

It’s a shame they don’t cite any sources. I’d be interested in knowing the source of the claim that BO is a muslim. I believe it but I’d like some proof.

Oh I am sure that is going to put the brakes on Pfleger. I believe there may be a mission to the Marianas Trench for which Pfleger would make a good candidate.
So Cardinal George does not take exception to Pfleger's hate-filled racist rantings (apparently they fall within the confines of moral preaching), but only that the "priest" crossed the line into partisan politics?
As a Catholic, I am appalled by the behavior of both of these men of the cloth.
Good question. Catholic priests should not be giving sermons at non-Catholic churches, or sermons anywhere that have nothing to do with the Gospel of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
This guy is a “Liberation Theologist” American style. His aping of “Black” dialect from the pulpit is so very 1950s and so Hillary Clinton. I find the fact that guy is allowed to handle the consecrated host disturbing.

What is amazing about this editorial has been the total support and blindness for Hussein ObamaMessiaHamas in anything printed by the Chi Tribune up to now.
The Chi Tribune must be setting on and spiking hundreds of very bad news events for Hussein ObamaMessiaHamas’s past to help in his lies to Americans.
Maybe, now we will see more real reporting from the Chi Tribune on Hussein ObamaMessiaHamas’s past actions with criminals, America white and black terrorists and other America haters just in the Chicago area.
