As I understand it, MI and FL went against that rule and moved their primaries before the Feb 5th date.
THEN the committee gave NH a waiver, allowing it to move ahead of MI and FL.
THAT’s what Levin is so peaved about.
In a nutshell, he’s saying:
“We relied on the rule we refused to honor.”
