Yes, they are Albanians -- so possession of illegal arms and terrorism against Serbia and Macedonia is their "right"! What a crock!

So the EU and NATO tell the Macedonians that by being attacked by muslims, which the EU and NATO support, they are harming their chances of admittance to the EU. What should they do, surrender? /sarc

“President Clinton dispatched Mr. Frowick to Bosnia and Herzegovina as head of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.”

“In 1992, Mr. Frowick, a specialist on East-West security issues, was asked by acting Secretary of State Lawrence Eagleburger (see: McCain 2008) to go to the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia as the first head of mission for what was called the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe Spillover Monitor Mission. (”It was the longest title on a card I have ever had,” he told an interviewer in 2003.) His objective was to keep Macedonia from being drawn into the war raging across the former Yugoslavia and to try to improve relations among Macedonian ethnic groups”.- WashPost Frowick’s Obituary

“A special envoy from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe ( OSCE) , Robert Frowick, a U.S. diplomat who is the special OSCE envoy for Macedonia, was reported to have brokered the agreement. But the State Department official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, neither confirmed nor denied Frowick’s involvement in brokering the agreement. Frowick was under pressure to leave the country, reports in Macedonia said... [T]he heads of Western diplomatic missions in Skopje met Wednesday in the U.S. embassy to ‘discuss Frowick’s future’ and find ways to ‘disassociate’ him from official Washington... The Albanian agreement was signed by the leaders of the Democratic Party of Albanians, Arben Xhaferi, the chief of the Party for Democratic Progress, Imer Imeri, and the political leader of the guerrilla National Liberation Army (UCK), Ali Ahmeti. The Albanian parties are members of the governing coalition.” Deutsche Press Agentur, 24 May 2001

“The pact reportedly called for the rebels to stop their fight in exchange for amnesty guarantees. The rebels would also have the right to veto future political decisions regarding ethnic Albanian rights. The accord was reportedly mediated by Robert Frowick, a former U.S. envoy who currently served as a Balkan representative for the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.” Facts on File, World News Digest, 30 May 2001.
