Seriously, these things need to be treated the same way as handguns. The government should not be able to make them illegal to keep or carry, but should be allowed to pass laws to restrict how it is used. You can’t just shoot a firearm into the air. Similarly, you should not be able to taser anyone without cause. All of the things these idiots fear a taser can be used by criminals for can be accomplished now with a simple rock. Are we going to ban rocks?
