She was still impaired whether it was booze or pills.

A sleepy driver who hasn’t taken any medication is also impaired.
So is a police officer on amped of caffinated coffee (the type they throw no-doze into).

One vicodin wouldn’t make her impaired, imo.

At the very end of the meal, Wilcutt took one hydrocodone pill. She wanted to stop at the mall and get bath salts, a trip she estimated at 10 minutes, max. She figured the pain pill would kick in as she reached her house and settled into the tub. It takes 45 minutes for a pill to take effect. She'd have been home if the cops hadn't stopped her.

She was still impaired whether it was booze or pills. Did you read the article? She was not impaired, but some busybody thought she was. But I agree with you. EXECUTE HER IMMEDIATELY. If a malicious busybody thinks you're impaired, then you should be judged guilty. Far better ten innocent be punishd than one guilty go free, da komrad? Don't worry about evidence or reasonable doubt. J'accuse Mme Wilcutt du contre- sentiment révolutionnaire. The committee for public safety should send her to the guillotine immediately.
The businessman was showing that he is a good subject of the police state. Informing on your fellow citizens is a duty that we all should take seriously (as you apparently do)

She was still impaired whether it was booze or pills. How do you know that? Aren't people affected differently by alcohol/ prescription drugs? Sometimes you people who call yourself "conservatives" defend police state tactics out of irrational fears.
