The head count, tens of thousands, possibly over one million people.
It’s my first time attending and I have never seen anything like it. It’s a happening of patriotic proportions. Rolling Thunder coming down Independence Ave, loud, colors flying, many with riders, and the crowd on both sides of Independence. It is a unending collage of Remembrance Demanded for our dead and missing - past and present.
On the north side of Independence were thousands of more bikes and their riders. They are in addition to Rolling Thunder participants and they don’t join the parade. We only walked Independance from 20th to 17 St, three long blocks and saw only a small part of the total.
Next year we will be there early with friends who haven’t been. This is a very meaningful event in the Memorial Day weekend activities. Hope to see you there.
It is very well attended, with little media coverage of the friendly crowds who just happen to be from all over the United States.
This DC area native estimates one million or more.

Wonderful, Mr. President.
Now fix the Rules of Engagement to make sure that our brothers and sisters in combat can WIN without apology.
Thank you, Sir.

shrillery and hussein obama could have appeared, but since they both are commies in disguise, nobody would give them an audience. These bikers love America! But the hilldobeast, the closet muslim and his America-hating wife would not be welcome...unless they were in handcuffs, and that may come to be...when we the people who love America wake up to the fact that we are losing out culture to home-grown enemies of Freedom!

What a beautiful sight.
Compare that photo to ANY event the unpatriotic liberals have ever attended.
Thank you President Bush for welcoming these patriots.
