In an exclusive interview with WAPA-TV of San Juan, Puerto Rico, Hillary stated (her words are close captioned in English) that she favors Puerto Ricans voting for the President of the United States in the November general election.

Translation: Roughly 2 to 2.5 million votes going to the Democratic presidential nominee, whomever that might be.

Well, she’s expected to win Puerto Rico’s primary, so she sees that as a source of Democrat votes.

But, would it take a constitutional amendment to allow PR to vote for President? The 23rd Amendment was passed to allow the District of Columbia to vote in presidential elections, so I figured the same might be needed for Puerto Rico.

The problem lies in that DC residents pay federal and DC taxes. Puerto Ricans do not pay federal taxes and receive approximately $16 BILLION per calendar year from the US federal ‘gubmint’, so therefore, taxpaying citizens would cause a revolt nationwide if Puerto Ricans were allowed to vote in November.

Expect the Donk’s to try to push this through. When THEY win election job one is locking in the permanant majority through new laws, new regulations, new cons, whatever it takes. Hillary likes Felons Voting, too. If she could get away with the dead voting legally, she would support that too.

Did you guys hear RUSH LIMBAUGH today. He was really propping up Hillary. Rush was telling a caller that if you’ve acquired a lot of common sense in your life and you’re certainly smart and that is precisely the vote that Mrs. Clinton gets and owns and there are a lot of people like that.

Sounds to me like RUSH might have some fond feelings for the Hildabeast. I’m starting to think that Rush dreams of life with the Hildabeast. After the election, Hillary dumps Bill and goes with Rush.

Thats right, you heard it here first. I’m the first to see it developing and I am taking credit for when it happens.

Unless its a state, no presidential vote. No way.

This matter will be settled by judges. No amendment to the “living breathing document” required.

Yet another step to becoming a third world nation.

When did legality enter into Billary's mindset?

Bah, none of this matters to the Democrats. They already seat judges on the Supreme Court who believe it is perfectly legitimate to reference the laws of other countries to arrive at their decisions. They will ignore the U.S. Constitution and consider it unnecessary, but tort law in Great Britain, well, that's what our land is made of!

Yes, unless it is admitted as a state by majority vote of congress.

I am sorry for sounding uniformed, but why do they bother with the expense and planning of a primary if they can’t vote?

They can ‘t vote in November, but they are going to elect more delegates to the convention than many states.
