“it seems that maybe some things should be modified to allow more immigrants in here LEGALLY,”

How many more?

How many do we allow in ‘legally’ now? Do you know?

Republican presidential candidate John McCain joined Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger in calling today for comprehensive immigration reform, including guest worker visas to bring employees to California's Silicon Valley and the state's vast agricultural fields.

It's for crap like this, not John Hagee's endorsement, that MacQueeg will NEVER get my vote.

“Schwarzenegger said .....and there would be background checks so that there would be no criminal element in this country.”

What an idiot. These people have no idea what is going on in the real world. He’s proof how worthless our ‘background checks’ are. What a flippin’ mess.

This socialist will ruin our national security by making it easier for terrorists to destroy us from within our own borders and people are still willing to vote for him. The denial is palpable.

"Better my enemy before me than behind me.

Boy howdy! We better get back to some of these simple truths before we PC ourselves into extinction as a country. Divide and conquer is another. And that is exactly what this primary did.

Precisely why I hope Obama wins.

With President Obama, the GOP minority would at least know to oppose leftist crap. With MacCain, they'll just blithely go along as he inaugurates socialism.

I call for McLame to step down. He is running the most disgusting campaign a GOP nominee has ever run.

Step down, McCain, you are an illegitimate candidate.

Better my enemy before me than behind me.

This should be the rallying cry of true conservatives, who oppose MacCain.

packrat35: “Sickeneing isn’t it. See my tagline. Not voting this year.”

I know candidates need to run to the middle during the general election, but McCain started in the middle and is doing a mad dash to the left. He clearly plans to win without the conservative vote, and he just might do it. An enemy on the inside can do far, far more damage than an outsider.

Not looking for a argument here, but isn't McCain it? I don't think there is any procedure to select a different candidate, unless McCain drops out. But I could be wrong.

I don't know about you, and your choice on who and how you vote is none of my business, but I will not vote for McAmnesty and if I even get to the polls on November 4th, I will either vote for a 3rd Party candidate or leave that column blank.

Note that I am not a member of the Republican Party, nor am I a "member" of any political party!

No one on this forum will be voting FOR McCain as much as they should be voting AGAINST Obama

You can try and fool yourself with that psychological bologna but the end result is the same. It will put a socialist in the White House who supports amnesty for illegals. Anyone who rewards people who knowingly and willingly violate our laws will never get my vote.

He's running a campaign only a socialist could be proud of.

If McCain has difficulty now understanding what happened to his amnesty bill last year, imagine how he's going to be when he gets to the convention and can't remember his own name.

Yup, he's on a slide now. Everybody best prepare to get a new candidate, and not that guy Crist. He's just as nuts as McCain.

muawiyah: “Odds are good the Republicans are going to have to find a candidate for President at the convention. “

That's what happened in the 1860 GOP convention. William Seward was the odd on favorite to get the nomination but Abraham Lincoln became the nominee when all was said and done. It's more amazing when you consider Lincoln hadn't held political office for 11 years!

I really cannot handle McCain anymore. Either the idiotic GOP has a death wish or they want Obama to win.

Did you see that disgusting piece in Vainity Fair with Cindy McCain? Gag me.

To top it off, Juan Sidney smoochin’ up to Ellen Degenerate? I guess they are good company.
