Lady, this is America where you do not have to PROVE a Damn thing to the state. The burden of proof rests 100% upon the state and they must prove it BEYOND any reasonable doubt.

In any case the Texas Court system is working through the appellate process. Let’s see how it all comex out; as is, appealed to the Texas Supreme Court or some other solution.

Not to worry this thread it growing so fast its easy to loose ones place.

It is no more true than saying you are blaming everything on the government, because you want the FLDS to continue raping children.
Others believe that Texas had reason to step in and investigate, and that removing all the children was the only choice considering the circumstances.
Once this ‘custody’ stuff is settled, and I don’t really care ‘how’ as long as it is legal, then we can get to the meat of the matter.
If the evidence is there, then get on with the arrests.
If not, then Texas and CPS are going to find the one thing they wanted to stop, will be ‘out of their reach’ from now on.
Each child is getting a custody hearing, and even with this appellate court ruling, coming to a conclusion as to what ‘will’ happen is really just gambling.
I used to really like Ben Stein, but since all of the lies and misleading of his movie, I’m torn. :-(

” Texas Child Protective Services workers were expected to file family service plans in court late Friday, outlining what parents must do to be reunited with their children.
“The judges will be looking at the plans of service. There will be discussion regarding what the agency and parents are trying to do together in an attempt to have the children safely returned to the parents’ care at some point,” said Marleigh Meisner, a spokeswoman for the government agency.”
