In an effort to appease radical pro-abortion activists, the Clinton Food and Drug Administration hastily approved the abortion pill, RU-486, on September 28, 2000. Judicial Watch immediately filed a FOIA request and then battled the government in court...
...Despite the best attempts of radical pro-abortion activists and the Clinton administration to paint RU-486 as a harmless and effective drug, these documents tell a different story. The autopsy of the UK woman who died the same day she was treated with the drug reveals a pattern of symptoms consistent with clinical studies that proved RU-486 to be a dangerous, and potentially lethal, drug for the women who take it.

I did a search and couldn’t find this.
Hope I did this right!
There is doubtless a lot of good information there, but JW needs to work on its editing on pages such as this one, where the text says that a British woman was administered 800 g [sic] of misoprostol. This is one million times a typical dose, hence the event can be inferred not to have taken place as reported (must be a typo) because that much misoprostol would sell for tens of millions of dollars at a bare minimum.
Did a search on the amount apparently it is correct.
he mean proline incorporation per g protein and collagen ... Vaginal misoprostol. (800 g). N=112. Sublingual misoprostol. (800 g) ...
Can you provide a link? 800 grams of a prostaglandin all at once is going to be lethal. Also, if the typical (800 microgram) dose costs even just $50, we are talking about $50,000,000 of drug given to just one patient. For this alone reason I would find the claim incredible.
Rest in Peace Holly Patterson:

The had her whole life ahead of her.
In the night, the patient went to a nightclub. She complained of pain in her leg, headache and racing heart. She collapsed at the nightclub and was hospitalized. The patient died soon after

It would be interesting to know if this is based on reality.
I went to Google “Search” and typed in...
Vaginal misoprostol. (800 g)
Try it. There are LOTS of articles to choose from.
I am not saying you are not correct but apparently 800 g is used a lot without the “micro” in front.
Hope this helps.
“These are not isolated events. A major World Health Organization (WHO) study documented the infection risk associated with RU-486 abortions: 30 percent of women who had incomplete RU-486 abortions developed pelvic/genital-tract infections. The reason for this high infection rate: One side effect of the RU-486 drug combination is immune-system suppression. For this reason, the WHO study calls for women to receive antibiotics for six weeks following an RU-486 abortion.”
This is from the link you gave. I think this is why Judicial Watch has taken this on. They are a good group.
The other hits may be derived from JW, or they may have a common origin, but I stand by my reasoning and conclusions. I am grateful in any event for the effort of each of you in helping me try to get at the truth. I applaud JW for what they are trying to do here but don’t think it helps their cause any to have inaccurate information on their site.

Medical site showing 800 g (without micro )
First-trimester pregnancy termination with 800 g of vaginal ..
ww.informaworld.com/smpp/content~content=a741641631~jumptype=rss -
another medical site that uses 800 g on their post without using micro in front of the g.
Now It is apparent that these sites ARE NOT related to JW.
If you want more sites to find the truth I suggest trying search.
There is even a post with a ? in front of g. so I don’t know why the problem but there is a problem.

is
Oral misoprostol 400 μg was as effective as vaginal misoprostol 200 μg for second trimester abortion.
A typical dose is on the order of 1 mg (1000 micrograms) or less; no pharmacy (and indeed, no warehouse) is ever going to have 800 g in stock at once. An 800-gram dose will not have been administered to any patient, no matter how many sites perpetuate this error.
