PORTLAND, Ore. -- Sen. Barack Obama has seen his share of large crowds over the last 15 months, but his campaign said they have not approached the numbers gathered along the waterfront here right now.
The campaign, citing figures from Duane Bray, battalion chief of Portland Fire & Rescue, estimated that 75,000 people are watching him speak.
The scene suggests this is not an exaggeration. The sea of heads stretches for half a mile along the grassy embankment, while others watch from kayaks and power boats bobbing on the Willamette River. More hug the rails of the steel bridge that stretches across the water and crowds are even watching from jetties on the opposite shore.

We were lucky that Al Gore was a dolt who talked like he was in special education (as a student or teacher). A charismatic candidate would have gotten ahead of Bush.
McCain is the ‘next in line’, and unlike all those suicide conservatives who are ready to let Obama beat McCain, I dont see a repeat of 1976 to 1980 on the horizon, as I dont see a Reagan in the wings like there was in 1976.
If Obama wins ... WE ARE TRULY TOAST. FOREVER.

In their majority, they implement: Multi-culturalism, socialized medicine, gay marriage, 40 million more abortions, and CO2 regulations killing off industry and taking away our cars and putting us into govt-run mass transport = WE BECOME SWEDEN.

One thing you left out was the dumbing down of our society in our public schools (indoctrination centers)--not to mention the crappe that kids are being taught in our colleges and universities.
My hope is that there are enough "real" freedom loving Americans left that will finally wake up and say NO MORE!

I still have a bit of optimism left to think that Barak Osama Obama Yo'Mama will have a very hard time doing all he envisions.
My guess is this country will be unrecognizable after four years of him, if he should win (something I still doubt). But if he does win, he's going to make Mugabee look like Pope Benedict XVI.

After printing out a copy of the picture, analyzing it some special instruments, and making some statistical estimates from well spaced samples in the picture, I came up with the following. It appears that there are One Million Men in that March.

So now we don't want people to be involved in politics? And NO, I don't support Obama. It's just that it's often mentioned how people don't care, are lazy and would rather sit at home, and now it's creepy that they have nothing better to do?
A poster below says that there was a free Dave Mathews concert with free beer before this event. If that could be proven with some verifiable links that would explain the crowd. Of course, if true, the MSM would never report it anyway.
