You should try BBQ leg of lamb on a rotisserie. Add a bit of Hickory smoke and you swear your eating candy. We'll be doing chicken the same way today.

My mum's old cooker had a rotisserie but I have modern slot in type so no rotisserie attachment and no room in kitchen for one.

I can remember chicken done on it, it was wonderful. Instead I slow roast my lamb in the oven with fresh rosemary until it falls off the bone.

What flavour is hickory is it similar to BBQ sauce? If so not sure I would fancy it with lamb I prefer something sweet like redcurrant or pungent like mint or rosemary.
