He wants to be Attorney General, I'd guess.

Huckabee said at least one intelligent thing in his campaign. He said the Vice Presidency is the one job no politician claims to want, but it is also the job no one ever turns down.

He's just trying to get out in front of never being asked to be VP by BARACK NEVILLE HUSSEIN CHAMBERLAIN OBAMA.

Dan Quayle was asked that same question in 1996, and he said, “Been there, done that!”

So Edwards said no this time. Guess that saves the voters from having to say no to him again.......

Without Edwards on the ticket, Obama keeps what chance he has alive for carrying NC.

John, your mouth says “no”, but those pictures the other night say “yes, yes, oh, God, yes”.

Too bad :-( with opie as VP he and barack mcgovern could have gone a record. They could have been the first rat ticket to get less than 20% of the White male vote.

This is very good news. Edwards would have been a strong VP choice with white voters. Let’s hope he chooses Sebelius or Richardson. Both are morons.

Just for the record: I am not interested in the VP slot either. If nominated I will not run. If elected I will not serve.

In other news Hillary Clinton has rejected the marriage proposal of Gabriel Aubrey. Halle Berry is greatly relieved. LOL

I actually believe he may be telling the truth. Being the losing VP in 2 consecutive campaigns could be the death of his political career. He undoubtedly has opposition research that shows him just how vulnerable Barry is, and everything I am seeing makes me believe there is more than we have seen, and Obama is extremely poor at actually diffusing the situations.

I think he’s playing the good Democrat by endorsing the eventual nominee, and distancing himself from what may be the end of the Clinton era. But he’s thinking 2012, and having been the last losing losing VP candidate hasn’t exactly been a strong lead-in to running for President.
