Both were charged Wednesday, but only Basinger was well enough to attend his arraignment on the attempted theft charge.
I wonder if they'll take a course in basic electricity.

We just had a Darwin winner in Lancaster County PA who tried to steal copper caternery wires from a rail line. I guess he thought that because the rails were inactive the lines would not be energized-—they were live, and now he is not.
