John blamed the situation on Marion County Clerk Beth White, the Democrat who runs elections and whom John regularly abuses for election mistakes, real or perceived.

What kind of journalism is this? Simply makes accusation without providing any background?

Limbaugh, though, switched course after Indiana's primary. Now, he said, he's for Obama, and is pushing his "dittoheads" (devoted listeners who agree with his sentiments) to support Obama too because he believes Obama is the weaker candidate.

And this part is a steaming pile of horse sh!t Untrue as hell.

A law professor who thinks that it might be a Class D Felony is vote or conspire to vote for somebody you really don’t support is just another case of ‘those who can’t, teach’.

Aside from the fact that Federal law overrides silly state statutes about voting by party, you can’t prove that anybody did anything since the vote which is cast is secret both physically and legally. The ‘proof’ of the illegal vote cannot be obtained unless the voter wants to swear out an affidavit that he willfully violated the state law.

But there is always a liberal law professor that is willing to be quoted in a news story about Rush Limbaugh. Always.

This is great.

They are saying that "crossover voters" in Indiana committed a crime and gave the victory to Clinton (although nobody can prove it).

That means Hillary won the Indiana primary by "fraudulent" means. However, she is happy to have the victory regardless of how it was obtained.

Obama, but for the Operation Chaos voters, would have won the Indiana primary.

So, who is the real winner in Indiana: Clinton, who won the state by "fradulent" means, or Obama, who would have won, had it not been for Operation Chaos?

From my standpoint, voting in the dem primary and choosing the candidate (of the dems) that you would prefer in case our own liberal (McCain) looses is a reasonable thing to do...

Where’s the beef?

If that big fat idiot hadn't have gotten involved, Hillary would have been dead and buried after the Texas primary. Now, however, we face the prospect Obama having to offer Hillary the VP slot so instead of getting rid of one we get both.

Nah, today made it pretty clear that John Edwards will be the Veep nominee, again. Either that or Ted Strickland, someone along those lines.

What I found interesting about Indiana’s primary was how Hillary was predicted to win by a large margin but did not, due to thousands of absentee ballots suddenly popping up in the Democrat-dominated, primarily black-populated, city of Gary.

Anybody from Indiana care to offer an opinion concerning the possibility of fraud in that county?

Obama will never offer Hillary a choice: neither he nor his wife, Michelle, can stomach the Clintons.

I don't think the Dems want to investigate allegations of fraud, because it could expose both candidates.

The media must be in a quandary.

For them, only Republicans can be accused of voter fraud, not their sacred Dems. Who are they going to side with when two Democrats are involved?

How do you figure that? She wasn't going to quit under any circumstances, Limbaugh's efforts notwithstanding. And if you think Oblama is gonna ask her to be his vp, you're the one on oxycontin!

“Now, however, we face the prospect Obama having to offer Hillary the VP slot so instead of getting rid of one we get both.”

Don’t worry about that one - BHO’s boss wife cannot STAND the Clintons and knows (as does BHO) that they’d try to run rough-shod over them in the white house. And his star power is such that he won’t have to choose her. What I personally have long worried about (not so much now) was that if the situation were reversed, and HRC were granted the nomination at convention, she would be FORCED into naming BHO as running mate, in which case we’d be faced with the same nightmare you originally outlined - both instead of only one (which is still one too many).

“Now, he said, he’s for Obama, and is pushing his “dittoheads” to support Obama too because he believes Obama is the weaker candidate.”

I’ll say this one more time - Rush tries to explain it every day - the purpose of OC is NOT about which one becomes the nominee, doesn’t matter and OC doesn’t have the power to determine that, anyway (it’s up to the dems at the convention). What it’s for, and ONLY for, is supporting the “underdog” (just happens to be HRC, but it wouldn’t matter which one, if the situation were reversed and it were BHO). The SOLE purpose of OC is to keep this bloody strife going as long as possible with the dem primaries, so that whichever one emerges as the nominee facing McCain will be as weakened and damaged as possible by that time.

It’s such a basic, common-sense strategy that I guess many, many people over-think it.

“Nah, today made it pretty clear that John Edwards will be the Veep nominee, again.”

We should only be so lucky - the Anti-American and the Breck Girl. I have no doubt that you’re right about JE dreaming of/drooling over the veep spot, but I think he greatly underestimates BHO’s hypocrasy and deceit (if any promises were made today behind closed doors). This is a really strange and unique election year - for the first time ever, that I can remember at least, the greatest focus on BOTH sides will be the VP selections. Always before, they were an afterthought to be largely ignored.
