As long as it doesn’t seriously damage our economy, who cares? the less oil we use for energy the better. That stuff is more valuable as chemical feedstock anyhow. Build a hundred nuke plants I say.

I wonder what he thinks about the internal combustion engine.
The problem is that he is ignoring the very large numbers of scientists who are arguably more credible that hold a considerably more (dare I say) conservative view.
Either McCain is being led around by the nose on this or he's pandering at the long-term expense of the country. Which is worse?

The biggest ‘proven’ cause of Greenhouse gas emition by humans is there habit of eating meat. Have either fatman Gore or “Where’s my glasses??” McCain proclaimed that they will be giving up meat for the good of the planet? Of course not.
