Google’d Mantra Ecuador and hit map’s, zoom in on the map and push the satellite option on the map. The Airfield is just N/NE of the main town and surprise.......there’s an AWAC sittin on the tarmac near the beach side of the airfield.......:o)

Air Force personnel in jumpsuits preparing to board an Awacs surveillance plane leaf through dog-eared paperbacks. Tard. Those are Nomex flight suits, not jumpsuits. Prison inmates wear jumpsuits. But I bet this America hating Slimes reporter knew that, but couldn't resist the dig.
