ARLINGTON, VA -- U.S. Senator John McCain's presidential campaign today released a new Spanish-language ad, entitled "McCain, Plan Economico," highlighting ways in which his economic plan will help small businesses flourish during these uncertain economic times. The ad will air on the internet.
"John McCain recognizes the role that Latino small businesses and entrepreneurs play in our country's economic success in an ever-changing global marketplace," said former U.S. Treasurer Rosario Marin.
The ad follows the Cinco de Mayo announcement of John McCain's participation in the La Raza Annual Convention in San Diego on July 14, 2008 and the release of John McCain's Spanish "Estamos Unidos" website, www.johnmccain/espanol.

That wasn’t my quote.
They never bothered to try to communicate with the Italian (or Chinese,or German etc.)speakers.
Why kowtow to the Spanish speakers?
McCain is going a little mentally wobbly lately.. I’ve been watching him, along with other freepers. He forgets or misnames important geographical or cultural names and titles while stumping, and was a little slow on the uptake last night on the Daily Show.
I get the impression he’s starting to feel overwhelmed, as anybody his age racing all over the country would.
I’m not a hater but I think we could (still) do better.
Obama's pastor is not running for President, Obama is, and his father never served this country, nor has Obama. Obama's father was a Moslem from Kenya, who was a bigamist and a drunk. Obama is no match for McCain's credentials.
McCain's grandfather and father were the first pair of father/son Four-Star admirals in the United States Navy. McCain graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1958. He became a naval aviator, flying attack aircraft from carriers. During the Vietnam War in 1967, he narrowly escaped death in the Forrestal fire. On his 23rd bombing mission over North Vietnam later in 1967, he was shot down, badly injured, and captured as a prisoner of war by the North Vietnamese. He spent five and a half years as a prisoner of war, including periods of torture before he was released in accordance with the Paris Peace Accords in 1973.
BTW: Love your work. ;-)
Thanks. Now, what does one use to clean up the puke on a keyboard?
It should be His"panic"phoebia Ping!
I didn't bring up Obama, you did. I said lots of people have decorated military credentials, and used Reverend Wright as an example, but that doesn't automatically make them presidential material on that criteria alone -- as you seem to imply.
Dang good tagline, my FRiend!!! Dang good!!! (and so righteous and true, too!!!)
Yes, I brought up Obama..because he is the one that McCain will be up against in November, and as I said, I will vote for the Candidate that will be the best Commander-in-chief, and that would be McCain. What are you going to vote for Obama? Not voting for McCain will ensure that Obama wins.
"...From his five years in a North Vietnamese prison camp to his tenure as the Navy's liaison to the Senate, John McCain's Navy record boils down to a series of unadorned paragraphs that bestow upon him some of the nation's top military honors.
"...The Navy recently released McCain's military record - most of it citations for medals during his Navy career - after a Freedom of Information Act request by The Associated Press.
"...McCain was awarded a Silver Star Medal for resisting "extreme mental and physical cruelties" inflicted upon him by his captors from late October to early December 1967, the early months of his captivity, according to the citation. The North Vietnamese, according to the Navy, ignored international agreements and tortured McCain "in an attempt to obtain military information and false confessions for propaganda purposes."
OMG... Not her again!!!
My son is a troops. He hates McCain. So if you are thinking about the troops. Rethink. Many of them hate all the stinkers we have as candidates. Don’t pretend they are getting a bargain with McCain. The troops are Americans too. They care about the the borders and all the issues all Americans think about.
This McCain and the troops thing is a joke. Just because he was a POW does not make him “for the troops”. McCain also wanted to be Jon Cary’s VP, you know. the same Jon F’n Cary that served in Vietnam? If McCain could accept that, how really does that make him “for the troops”?
You better keep your little dog shoveling up Crap, because if Obama gets elected you are going to need all the help you can get cleaning up the Crap, just because you were afraid that McCain reached out to a few Hispanic American Voters, because you can not face realities.
Everyone else calls it, "pandering".
So your son likes the Hamas endorsed Obama better? Because those are your choices and your sons for the next President of the United States.
Trust me: he's never been busier.
I don't call losing three to four multimillion-dollar aircraft or being captured by the enemy a "hero". A survivor? Yes. But not a hero. There are real heros throughout the history of this country. Juan is not one of them.
who has been tested and proven , and who has served this country. John McCain supports our military, and I support John McCain because he is the best choice as Commander and Chief
John McCain is a globalist who's intention is to sell this nation down the river, just like the rest of those treasonous scumbags from both parties.
No, you go ahead and vote for Johnny. ...and you'll deserve exactly what you get:
A. Sell-out to Mexico
B. Loss of more freedoms
C. Tons more big and intrusive government and pandering to all those who live on the government plantation.
Oh, and good luck hanging onto any weapons and ammunition you may have.
